hires primarily direct care staff to work with persons with
developmental or physical disabilities in both day training and
residential settings. We also hire clerical, maintenance,
dietary, nursing and professional personnel.
What hours
do most staff work?
Milestone, Inc.
serves individuals 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Employees
are hired as needs arise and could be hired to work first, second, or
third shift. Many of our homes are staffed by team members meeting
to arrange their schedules based on the needs of the facility where
they work. Applications are accepted for all three shifts.
What are
the requirements for direct care staff?
All employees
hired must complete a post-offer physical and be available to complete a
training program required by the State of Illinois and become certified
as a direct service provider.
